Rosewood Builders specializes in home remodeling projects like updating your kitchen or bathroom and finishing unfinished basements and attics. We also have extensive whole home remodeling experience if you just got a great deal on a fixer upper and want to tackle it all.

Our Process
Just so there are no surprises, here is the basic outline.
Send us an inquiry so we can chat - Fill out the form, send us an email or give us a call! We will reach out within 24 hours so you can tell us all about your house, your desired project, budget and timeline so we are all on the same page.
Onsite Meeting - We will meet at your home to get a feel for the space and your goals. This will be a great opportunity to make sure we are all a good fit.
Preliminary Design Contract After our first meeting, if you want to proceed, we will put together a preliminary design and estimate for your project. A small fee will be charged for this design service, but will go towards the overall project cost.
Onsite Measure & Photos - We want to get it right from the beginning so we will take precise measurements of the space as well as photos.
Preliminary Design Presentation - After gathering all your requirements and measurements, we will put together a preliminary design for your review.
Finalize Design and Cost Estimate - Collaboratively with you, we will finalize all the details of the design until we have it just perfect. At that time we will work with our partners in the various trades to dial in all the costs so we can present to you a full picture of project cost and schedule.
Sign Construction Agreement - As soon as you are ready, let's sign the agreement and get started!
